Creating Alternate Characters

You can create alternate characters, or alts for short, to RP with on DAB based on how many posts you've made on the site. You can see your post count on your Profile page or beneath your avatar on the left side of any post you make on the forum. Once you've made enough posts, you are free to create your alt when you'd like -- you don't need approval from the admin team as long as you follow the instructions below:
You may not create more than three characters. If you change your mind about having an alt or would like to create a new one when you've already created both of your alts, you may choose to delete one of your current alts and replace them with a new character.
Any time you make an alt, you must post a mini profile for them using the template on the Mini Profiles board. Make sure you keep all your mini profiles in one thread for easy access.
Once you've posted your mini profile for your alt, you'll also need to add your alt to your forum profile. Click on Profile at the top of the page and select the Personal tab. From there you can input your alt's information so it will display on your forum profile. After that, you're ready to start RPing with your new character.
Your options for your character's species are:
Badger, mouse, dormouse, church mouse, field mouse, hedgehog, squirrel, otter, sea otter, mole, vole, bankvole, shrew, hare, Sparra, eagle, goshawk, hawk, bat, owl, kestrel, kite, good wildcat, good fox, good ferret, good searat
Your options for your character's Dibbun weapon are:
Too talkative mouth, willow switch, bambi eyes, blowpipe with thorns, wooden sword, slingshot with pebbles, small bow and arrows, Gullwhacker string, stick, ladle, beak (birds only), claws (birds, moles, foxes, and wildcats only), pillow, magnificent wit, wooden spoon, heavy book, smelly socks, paddle, peashooter, stale food, wooden mallet, quill pen, boxing gloves, safety blankie
Note: Anyone who had alts before this policy was put in place (September 11th, 2013) still has their alts grandfathered in. Please do still write a mini profile for them and put them into your forum profile information.
