Looks amazing Burfle! Well, I mean, it needs some transparency, but I get the idea.

Just had a thought regarding badges. Now obviously best case scenario is that people can view the badges and give general consensus on the quality of the badge design, I imagine the badges would then be downloaded by one of the (even) higher-ups and added to the DAB photobucket album. I would also be willing to add these badge designs myself (once approved), if it's deemed to be 'your project, your responsibility' XP, but would require access to the photobucket account. I'm not sure if I've missed info for mods which gives details for that account, or if it's not to be given out to the likes of such simple beasts as I.
I'm loving getting the chance to do this though, it's great fun actually thinking up designs

Burfle, you fantastic squirrelly artist you, these are phenomenal. Either way is good with me. Back in ye olden times, if memory serves, the account was available to all DAB members as a way to upload art for activities. If it would be easier for you to upload them directly to the DAB Photobucket, I think we can do that unless one of (even higher) higher-ups vetoes. Or if you'd rather not, I can download them and take care of it. Whatever works best.

Wait a minute... I just realized you matched the colors of some of them the badges for the corresponding years 1-10 (11 and 1, 12 and 2, 18 and 8, etc.).
You are sneaky artistic genius, my friend.

Awwwwh, thanks for the kind words guys! (Just so you know, The Burfle Silly Squiggle award will be given this month based on who can flatter me the most, so get to it ;P (Just so you know, that's a lie)). Yeah I decided that it'd be cool to have at least some of them carry shades of the previous badge set. It'd be interesting to think of how a potential 21-25 or even up to 30 set would go.
In terms of the achievement badges I would be happy to upload them, I would just need the photobucket account info (which either I'm too silly to find, or isn't easy to locate XP) to add them to the folder.
EDIT: I have also noticed that it would allow images to be added to the achievements with a full url given, so I will do that for now. If it would be preferred for the images to be added to the photobucket folder instead then I would be willing to make that change if/when I can get the account login.
EDIT...again: It appears that due to the other images being part of a photobucket folder then all image links must be from that folder, so I would need to login.

Badges are now available as achievements. Now there's no excuse to hide how much of an elder you truly are EDIT: Right, unprecedented flaw in the plan. It appears that members badges have changed in accordance with the new numbering system i.e. profiles seem to register badges not as what it is but by its number, so it's not thought of as the 'full profile' badge, it'd be achievement 24, and so if new ones are inserted, whatever ends up in spot 24 is used in its place. As such, the 11-20 dibbunversary badges have to appear at the end of the achievements list to avoid this change, which I have done to fix the problem. This could be reorganised (with a lot of time to note down the badges of all members for restoration) but I don't know if people really care that much about the aesthetic and having one continuous section of dibbunversary badges. Bearing in mind that, if we did want that change, we would have to have a similar process if we were to include more dibbunversary badges at a later time (when some of you DAB veterans push the boundaries once more).

No worries Burfle! Each year the old dibbunversary badge will be taken off the profile and the new one given. So it's not really a whole collection you can get, it's just something that we'll rank everyone up on each year. ^^ So it's okay they're out of order!

For some random reason I was musing about the IDC(/ADC/whatever they might be) rps, and I got to thinking that it would be cool if there was an achievement for winning it. The current winners would have the achievement and then if they lost the next one would "lose" it. I appreciate this might be a negative idea as far as "losing" achievements go. That and the fact that since the sides are not as constant as the original IDCs then it might be hard to keep track of badges, but it stuck around my head anyway and I decided to do a mockup of the badge. It's in the style of a fighters belt since it has the same premise of a title that changes hands, or paws in this case (what, no, wrestling isn't a guilty pleasure of mine, never) and I appreciate that as such it might not be a suitably Redwallesque design but hey-ho. It is basically a very edited dibbunversary badge in this mockup, but I'd like to know what people think. Either for, against, or even a case of "not right now" for both the idea and the design

I like it! Does it go to the whole team then? I understand your general fear of removing achievements, but it might be fun in a "passing the trophy back and forth" sort of way. Maybe if we had a way to tally how many times somebeast had won it? Not sure how we'd do that, though.

Yeah, my idea was that the participants of the winning side would get the badge. Perhaps it could still work even if there is variation of sides. If say Aqua, Crys and 'Sai had the 'belts' and then the next ADC Crys, Ottie and Auri won, then Crys retains her badge, 'Sai and Aqua remove theirs and Ottie and Auri get the badge added.
If people wanted a tally, I feel that the competitions would be infrequent enough that an official table could be kept of individuals records (e.g. Crystal would be listed as 2 time winner perhaps with a mention of consecutive wins and the others would have their single win listed.) Or if people weren't so fussed it could be up to individuals to note down their own record if they so wish, in their Sig perhaps.

Well I've certainly received no rejections of the idea yet XD I've made a couple more designs with little detail changes (words and colour of the background). Title badge (red bg, DAB title, ADC sides) (1st design) Title badge (red bg, ADC title and sides) Title badge (gold bg, Brawl title and sides)
