So I learned to crochet this winter, and after making several plushies (none of which are DAB-themed--though I'm thinking about making some DAB plushes x3), I realized my head was cold on my way to work in the mornings...I should fix that! I love owls (obviously), so I found a pattern for an owl hat online and then I thought, what's better than making the hat into an Otus hat? So I did. It's done in his dibbun-colors, but I'm thinking about trying again in grey/brown for his adult colors too. One of my roommates says it looks kinda creepy...and she's kinda right. XD I made the hat far too large for me, oops, but it still keeps my head warm! Aqua, clearly we need to make an arts and crafts badge to award ourselves anyone who makes a DAB item.

THIS IS THE COOOOOLEST!!! And adorable! Gosh you're talented. I couldn't crochet two strings together. Is that what you do with crochetting (crocheting? chrochet?) needles? I don't even know. Great work. And yes to badges. I don't make hats but weapons have been crafted, and things have been whittled before.

That is fantastic, Ottie. I love his little ear tufts on top. ^^
Sounds like a badge definitely needs to happen. :3 Go ahead if you feel like making one; otherwise I'll try to get on it in the near future.
